How to manage your license
Use this page to see which computers are using your license and free up a slot when you move to a new machine.

On the Manage tab, enter your license key (it looks like
SGCT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) — it's in your original license email.2
Enter the email address the license was issued to. Both must match, so a lost key alone can't be used by someone else. Then choose View my seats.
Releasing a machine
Each computer that activates the software uses one seat. If you've reached your seat limit and a new computer won't activate, free up an old one:
- Find the machine in the list — each shows its name, app version, and when it last checked in, so you can tell which is which.
- Click Release next to the machine you no longer use and confirm.
- That seat is freed immediately. The new computer can now activate. (A released machine simply re-activates next time it runs, as long as you're under the seat limit.)
Common questions
- "No license matches that key and email." — Double-check both for typos. The email must be the exact one the license was issued to. Still stuck? Reply to your license email.
- License shows as revoked or expired. — You can still release seats, but the software won't activate until the license is reinstated or renewed. Contact support to sort it out.
- Is my data safe? — Nothing is stored in your browser; your key and email are only used for the request and forgotten when you close the page. Device IP addresses are shown only partially.
